Hot Oil Temperature Control Unit

The hot oil temperature control unit group system adopts an oil inlet pipe that transmits high temperature heat conduction oil, and the oil return pipe that returns heat conduction oil to the boiler, also includes a heat pipe, the heat pipe is connected between the inlet oil pipe and the oil return pipe, the heat pipe comprises a three-way proportional control valve and a circulating oil pump, and one end of the three-way regulating valve is connected to the oil inlet pipe through a manual stop valve. One end is connected to the circulating oil pump, the other end is connected to the oil return pipeline through the manual stop valve, the output pipeline of the circulating oil pump is connected to the return oil pipeline through the calender roller, the system adjusts the oil intake of the thermal oil through the three-way proportional control valve to achieve temperature control, constant temperature, when the system needs cooling, the hot oil through the cooler to achieve the purpose of constant temperature and cooling, with good stability. With the advantages of long service life and high temperature control accuracy, the system can set up 2 groups or multiple groups of hot oil temperature control combination with the same principle, which can separately control the heating of each roller, better control the production temperature required by each roller, improve the quality of the product, and have a very high economic benefit.
